publishing .mht and formatting columns

Hello:

In my minutes, I've got columns to indicate attendees which look fine in
OneNote. However after publishing this as a .mht, the columns overlap. The
source shows a relative .125 spacing. Can that be changed somehow?

Looks like this in OneNote:

Attendee 1 Attendee 3
Attendee 2 Attendee 4

Looks like this after publishing as .mht:

Attendee 1
Attendee 3
Attendee 2
Attendee 4

I understand these "tables" are messy. Is there anyway at all to fix?

Nothing consistent; It's a widely known and acknowledged issue that some
of the export features don't work well in OneNote.

Your best bet is to manually fix it in Word. I just did a quick test, and
the Convert Text to Table function under the Table menu in Word 2003 cleans
it up nicely.
