Publishing my form

This is the first form that I have done. I want to
publish it and I kind of get the jist of that...in the
public folders.

I want to know if my form will do what I want it to. I
designed the form based off of the Contact form already
used. What I want to do is have managers fill the form
out and email it to me.

Is that possible?

If you want the filled out form e-mailed to you, then it should be
created from the standard e-mail form. A form created from the contact
form will have to be posted to some folder. Are you sure you don't
want them to post the form and e-mail you a notification? That is
possible.
