Can someone please tell me why I was able to publish my web site to my IP
previously using windows XP and office 2k premium, after my PC crashed and I
re booted with the exact same OS and Office 2k premium, now my website will
not publish, I get the message ' coul not find a web server at web adress on
port 80, check to make sure the web server name is valid and your proxy
settings are set correctly. I have asked this question before but as yet I
haven't corrected it.
