Publishing problem- again

Frontpage 2003 Publishing problem - Mar., 2008.

PROBLEM: On re- publishing my remote site [ overwriting all 8000 files] it
was one step short of PERFECT except that the texts on ALL the Navigational
link buttons [ Banner ; sub-banner and left border panel buttons] were
obscured by the dark brown colour of the theme [expeditn] buttons.

When I tried to solve this problem, it got worse. An error message now
displays as follows: " Could not find a Web server @
latinmass.bravepages.com on port 80." - after publishing about one quarter
of the web files , the procedure freezes

My remote website is at :www.latinmass.bravepages.com and was PERFECT, until
now.
My local website equivalent on my HD have all the themes [expeditn] and
components and navigational structure as they should be; PERFECT. When this
local web is published to a temporary folder on my HD [Wincopy 11] ALL is
PERFECT.

Equipment: Windows XP2 / Frontpage 2003 / CA Anti-Virus Suite 2007
1] Computer Associates [CA] Internal Firewall disabled.
2] External firewall is on my Linksys Wireless router and it is enabled.
3] There are no Thumb.db files on my local website.
4] My Web server host has no limit [MB] transfers and no "Timeout"
5] Ran : Fpcleaner and deleted the cache and temporary files. Re-installed
Frontpage extensions.
6] Until now ; Structure.cfn has not been deleted from my remote website,
but was recommended.
7] "Recalculated hyperlinks"
5] Ran : Fpcleaner and deleted the cache and temporary files. Re-installed
Frontpage extensions.
6] Removed all the spaces in the *.htm files and most of the *jpg files
To say that the solution to my dilemma is urgent is to put it mildly. Please
help soon. Thank you.

When you removed / replaced spaces in file names, did you do it with the web open in FP
in folder / file view?
If so, did you let FP update links when prompted?

Also, the links to your Home page point to index.htm which doesn't exist.
Your home page is index.html
And also, I didn't see any buttons anywhere, just text links.

Dear Mr.Easton:

When you removed / replaced spaces in file names, did you do it with the
web open in FP
in folder / file view? [ Yes; it was done with the web open with the
FP in "Folder List" (Alt+F1) -left border panel]

If so, did you let FP update links when prompted? [ Yes & also
re-calculated the hyperlinks. ]
Also, the links to your Home page point to index.htm which doesn't exist.
Your home page is index.html [This is news to me . In the FP "Folder
List" in the left border panel, it is named "Index.htm". Where, why & how,
do I make the correction ."
And also, I didn't see any buttons anywhere, just text links. [ And this
another major problem. There needs to be the complete navigational
structure [missing] re- published in the Banner and sub-banner and left
border panel buttons and ALL the *.jpgs visible and properly linked
.Please remember that my web locally is Perfect. I appreciate your efforts
on my behalf.Thank you.
