Publishing problem in FP2003

Now I am getting a publishing problem in 2003 when trying to publish I get an
error that states the following:

Unable to open up Http://mywebsite.com Possible causes:
1. The web server may not have the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.
They are installed. I can edit it my pages from different computers with
FP on them
2. The web server may be temporarily out of service
Nope it is fully working
3. If you are connecting thru a proxy server, the Proxy settings may be
incorrect.
Not using a Proxy server
4. An error may have occured in the web server
this might be happening but I can publish from different computers.

I can't open it via file edit.
Turning off my firewall doesn't help.
I tried editing my host file on the server. Which is running Small buisness
server 2003.

Does anyone know what is going on? I even did a detect and repair and still
no luck.

Any help is apprecaited.

Thanks,

Try using File Open Site and entering the URL as http://www.mywebsite.com/ and running a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks (also publish
using the same URL format)

Nope this didn't work. I have been using Frontpage for about two years now
flawesly and I can't think of anything that could be preventing this.

Open your remote site in FP 2003 and reverse publish
