Publishing problem

Using Microsoft FrontPage 98 to publish web pages with no problem until now.

On publishing now says web page "No files have changed io your web since you
last published to destination"

But it has.

How can I publish again please.

Run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks and try publishing again
