Publishing problems with Microsoft Web Wizard

I'm trying to publish some web pages using the Microsoft Web Wizard.
However, I get stalled out when I come to a list of "Service Providers" that
only includes "MSN Groups". How can I get the wizard to recognize the ISP
where my web is hosted? My server does have Front Page Extensions and is a
Windows system.

Is there another to publish pages, other than with Front Page?
