Don, ok me no expert on using Publisher to upload. Doesn't Publisher use FP
extensions? If so, if Meg is using third party ftp program it will break the
server extensions.
I use FP for webs, not Publisher.
| Meg, I'm coming into this a bit late so if you're beyond this point
forgive
| me.
|
| I use Publisher 2000 and when I create a webpage it gets Saved as
|
| File
| Save as webpage
|
| This operation creates an index.html and page1.html page2.html etc files.
| It also creates several gif and possibly other image files.
|
| All the files except the pub file then get uploaded to the server inside
the
| public_html folder (may be server specific).
|
| I believe the uploading is done somewhat differently in later versions of
| Publisher.
