publishing problems

I have been working with a publisher file and publishing it with no problem
until today. All of a sudden it is giving me the error "Cannot save
ftp://casagrandecyclones.com/testpage1.html" The folder is marked as "Read
Only". What is this all about?

This testpage1.html is just a test page to see if it was only my index.html
file or was I having this problem with any file I tried to publish.

The lady I work with on the website I know was on the phone today with the
company we have our website through. Could they have done something while
speaking with her to mess everything up?

How can I get this fixed? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You might need to create a subfolder on your site to upload your test
publication. Perhaps try creating a subfolder called "test", and then after
you log in to your ftp site, upload to that folder.

In general, I think that if you are using ftp uploading for Pub pages, it is
easier if you take the time to learn how to use a third party ftp client.
They are faster, and easier to understand the directory structure on the
host. Consider downloading and installing the free FTP client FileZilla:

I can't see how talking with someone on a phone would make any difference in
uploading a file...
