publishing problems

I setup a new web site using Network Solutions this summer and it worked
great until we traveled on the road using different ISP’s to upload changes.
Once we returned home we started getting this error:

The server could not complete your request. Contact your Internet service
provider or Web server administrator to make sure that the server has the
FrontPage Server Extensions or SharePoint Services installed.

404 Not Found
Not Found The requested URL /_vti_bin/_vti_aut/author.exe was not found
on this server.

After trying a couple of times it does finally publish. Since we make many
changes each day is there anything I can do to fix this time consuming
problem?

Have your host repair / reinstall the FrontPage Extensions.

Thanks Steve,
I already reinstalled the extensions and with no luck. When I called them
they want me to delete the whole web site and republish. The problem is our
web site is very large and busy so it would take some time.
