I have Windows XP Pro with SP2. I recently installed an upgrade version
from FP02 to FrontPage 2003. I publish by http://www. to server Apache
1.3.34 (Unix)
When I publish from FP03 to the server it seems that only images/thumbs are
being transferred and with 5 seconds remaining in the status bar the
transfer stops completely. After another 5 minutes or so, I get the
following message:
"The server sent a response to which FrontPage could not parse"
Before I installed the upgrade version of FP03 I published (remote to a new
folder on my HD). When I publish from this new folder (Webcopy) to the
server, it seems that the publishing process is successful.
I cannot figure out why I get the above error message when publishing from
the "original " website on my PC.
Have also run a Detect and Repair without any apparent error messages.
Any assistance would be highly appreciated. Thanks
