Publishing Problems!!

When I try to publish my web site again (it was working before) all of my
shared borders, themes, and navigation won't display!! This happened before
and I fixed it by: recalculating the hyperlinks, re-applying the theme and
shared borders and re-publishing, but this time that isn't working!! The site
will not show up and will not publish correctly at all. What can I do to fix
this? Help please!!

How are you publishing (http or FTP)
- does your home page file name match that required by your host server

I am publishing http:// my host has front page extentions and the page was
working fine before, but when I added pages and tried to republish it stopped
working. Our web site is www.brissettearchitects.com (if that helps). It's a
problem with picking up the themes when published. Yesterday when I was
messing around with the site I found that on the code in front page it says
something like: Microsoft Theme "brissette 1011, default." But when I publish
the web site the code reads: Microsoft Theme "none, default." For some reason
it is not picking up the theme when I publish, even though it did before.
I've even tried re-applying the theme and creating a new theme, but it still
doesn't work. Thanks for your help.

Yes I use the http format and my web hoster does have frontpage extentions.
The problem is with applying the themes, even though I've re-applied them
they still aren't picking up when I publish. The code in frontpage will say
"Microsoft Theme: brissette 1011, default." and when I publish the site the
code will read "Microsoft Theme: none, default." So for some reason the
themes are not publishing over. Thanks for your help. Any other ideas?

You are using a DWT (from http://www.brissettearchitects.com/basic.dwt)
- it has the theme applied
Did you apply (using Format DWT Update) that DWT to all pages
