Publishing Process skips some tasks??

We've experienced that while publishing from Project Professional 2003, some
tasks are not published in PWA (even selecting Publish > All Information).
Has anyone experiecned that kind of problem?

Plus where I can find detailed information on the working of different
options under Collaborate > Publish > .......?

What diferences one can see in PWA by selecting different options?
