Publishing projects to project center stopped working

For a while when I would publish a project plan in Project 2002 to
project server, everything showed up in the project center view.
However, at some point, that stopped working. I queried the
MSP_VIEW_PROJ_TASKS_STD and nothing has updated in that table since
7/29/04, which matches what I see in project cetner. All tasks show
up in the tasks table. Does anyone know what might have caused the
update to MSP_VIEW_PROJ_TASKS_STD to stop working?

Kathy:

Most likely something has gone wrong with your publishing service on the
Project Server. Do you see errors in the Server Application Log? If so what
are they? Are there files backed up in the ViewDrop folder? This is the
information we need to guide you. Two months is a very long time for
something like this to go unchecked! Who's monitoring your servers?

I just started to have this same publishing error. The task is 100% in "My
Tasks" but 0% in "Projects" The error msg is

How the heck can we determine what this is?
