publishing projects to PWA - can the Admin do all or can it be server side process?

In 2003, I could go to PWA, select all projects, pull them into a
master project, hit the F9 key them publish all of them at once.
Doesn't seem that you can with 2007.

Is there no way to automate each lead opening up each of their
projects each week and manually republishing them?

Do you have to do the same for Activity Plans that have resource plans
assigned to them (for operational activity time reporting?)
