Publishing/says files in conflict....

Hello-
I'm on Windows XP Pro, Frontpage 2003. When I try to
publish, it brings up several files (some of the
type 'aspnet_client/system' files and other wma audio
files also) and says they are in conflict (I guess
between local and remote). There are quite a few files I
see on the remote site that have blue arrows, indicating
some kind of conflict. What could be the problem ? I do
quite a biy of backing up and overwriting to update
changes; could this cause this to happen ? Thanks for
your help. Any ideas are welcome,...Brightbelt

Thanks so much for your help. I just kinda needed the
courage and encouragement. It published just fine. And
thanks also for the info about the *.Thumbs files - I
think those have been messing me up for a while. This is
the first time in a long time I have been able to click
the 'Publish' button and have it all go smoothly. I've
been doing the 'publish selected files' routine for a
