publishing the froms in exchange server

hello sir,
thx for ur reply.My request folder is in public folder and my form is
messgae.
i followed the following steps to create the folder.
1.. Start Exchange System Manager.
2.. Expand the Organization object.
3.. Expand your Administrative Group.
4.. Expand Folders.
5.. Right-click Public Folders.
6.. Click View System Folders.
7.. In the list of folders present in the right-hand pane, click the
EFORMS Registry folder.
8.. Right-click the EFORMS Registry folder, then click New.
9.. Click Organizational Form.
10.. Enter a name for your Organizational Form, and then click OK.
this guide is given by u only sir.
kindly guide me to get through.only 2 more days to my review.

And your question is? What you've described is the creation of an
Organizational Forms library. The logical next step would be to publish your
form there.

hello sir,
yes sir,i created a orgnizational form library im my exchange server
by following those steps.ok
where i got struck is from where i can publish my forms.whether in my
m/c's outlook or from exchange server's outlook?.but i don't see the
organizational form library in my m/c' outlook.but organizational form
lib is there in the exchange.i don't know how and where to publish the
forms ?so that all the users in my organization can use my form.

kindly patience this bloddy's with these questions.

The command to publish a form is always Tools | Forms | Publish Form. If you
do not see the Organizational Forms library on the list of available
locations, it probably means that you do not have permission to create new
items in the Org Forms library. Adjust the permissions using the Exchange
System Manager and try again.

The newsgroup interface at Developersdex (http://www.developersdex.com) does
not automatically quote the text of the original message when you post a

thx for u r help.in my exchange server i gave proper permission to the
users.but still it wont be visible in my outlook client.what shall i do?
