Publishing to GAL !

Hi,

Iam having a Outlook 2002/Win2k machine, i was trying
the "PUblish to GAL" feature with Outlook 2002. I get the
below error -> "Microsoft Outlook is unable to publish
your certificates. The server may be offline or your
certificates may be invalid. Contact your administrator if
the problem persists.". I also checked other users in same
lan have been able to do this successfully. Is there any
AD attributes which i need to check in the backend, please
suggest.
