Publishing to ISP

I have personal web space through my ISP. I had a web page up, but I've
recently remodeled my page using Publisher. Now I can't get my Publisher
page published. My ISP has provided me with a personal ftp link, the
hostname frtp, a username, and a password. I also know that "index.htm" is
supposed to go somewhere. I've called Microsoft support, and we published my
page to a temporary site that they gave me so I know my page is working.
I've tried to follow the instructions listed in some threads here and
instructions elsewhere, but what I get is this:
http://home.austin.rr.com/remembrancerun. That's my web address. I just
don't know what information to put in which box.

I would think that since you'd previously published a Publisher site with MS
Support assistance that you would know the process. So it surprises me to
see on your site address that you published "index.htm.pub" . The
"index.htm" file is your home page. It is the default file the server looks
for to load for your URL. Since your URL has no index.htm file you end up
with that directory listing instead. I don't know if you published your .pub
file - which you should know is incorrect - or if you just screwed up and
changed the file name appending that .pub onto the index file. If you need
them there are publishing directions at
