Publishing to Sharepoint

I'm having difficulty posting forms that I've created to a Sharepoint site.
Within Documents and Lists there is a document library called "forms." I
want to create other other folders within "forms" to be able to organize the
forms in a logical way. Every time I try to publish the form it publishes in
the root of Documents and Lists. Am I missing something or is there no way
to organize forms with Sharepoint?
