Publishing to the Web using Publisher 2003

I have created a website using Publisher 2003. On my contact page I have
created a form that can be filled in and submitted to an e-mail address.

I host my own website and have updated the software needed for the forms to
work correctly.

I have published this same website months ago and the form worked correctly
then.

I updated my website today and have forgotten the correct settings for
publishing my site in order for the form to work correctly.

Does anyone know the correct settings or process for publishing to the web
with the correct results for the form submission to work.

And pay special attention to the HTTP uploading protocol article. If you are
using FTP, then you will need to reinstall or disable and re-enable the FPSE
by way of your control panel on your website. FTP uploading will corrupt or
break the FPSE which are needed for the forms to work.
