Which filename is giving problems?
Filenames for web pages are usually limited to alphanumeric characters,
plus hyphen, underline and a dot separating the name from the extension.
Any other characters (spaces, apostrophes, query marks, commas etc)
are not allowed. Some hosts are more lenient in this than Yahoo, but
these extra characters can confuse browsers and break links.

I am publishing with ftp and have double checked all of my pages for any
titles that may be offenders of the alpha numeric and lettering rule but do
not see any. Does the rule apply to pictures as well or just web pages?

The rule applies to EVERY file used in the website - folder names,
pages, images, CSS files, JavaScript files, databases, sound files -
everything. Note that folders must not include a full stop (dot)
anywhere in the name.
