Publishing web to cd "How do I make it open to index.htm?"

Anyone
I am the one who wrote about publishing a web to a cd
and you reccomended going an msn article...which I did
and also got all of the side articles too. Basically it
said
that all you needed to do was include an autorun.inf
file..I made on using notepad as instructed and burnt a
cd r/w using Nero Express and a 52x cd r/w....when you
put the disk in it starts spinning and the light on the
drive starts blinking, but then it winds down and nothing
else happens! I am using Windows XP Pro as Administrator
and I also tried it on my girlfriends Windows 2000 Pro
with Administrative rights...nothing works there either.
It starts out like it is going to open then nothing..it
never opens to index.htm.
I even tried including a copy of the iexplore.exe file
just in case and still nothing.
Any other suggestions?

What happens when you browse to the index.htm on the CD and double click on it?

Works fine..opens ok and all links work...I just want it
to open up to the index automatically when inserted into
the drive instead of having to double click on the index
file?????
