Publishing

I don't want my projects to show up in project center...
but whenever I save, they appear.. I'm not publishing, so
they shouldnt be showing up right?

I've checked tools, options, collaborate and I'm not
automatically publishing...

Also, I don't want to create another custom code to
filter out those projects that havent been published...

Lastly, when I try to filter by the field "Last
Published"... the field is actually populated... which
baffels me because I never published the plan.. I only
saved the plan...

Any ideas?
