Publshing form objects to web

I am trying to publish and Excel spreadsheet with a form object,
specificaly a slider (or a scrollbar), to the web. I want people to
be able to manipulate the slider so that it manipulates a graph. It
works fine _within_ Excel; but, I am unable to get this to work when I
publish it to the web. Is there a way to do this in Excel?
