Hi there,
I understand the publisher has been discontinued (not your fault i'm sure
buta mistake considerin what a great resource it was, for students and
teachers alike), anyway, i have an old copy from years ago as part of win
office 2000 on installing it it asked for a 25 digit product key (situated on
the back of the disk on a yellow sticker) the one i found was 11 digits?!?!
how can i go about accessing the program, its just i have a great deal of
data i need to gain access to. If it helps there was this id on a barcode on
the case 'CD SET X04-08819' & on an in lay '1197 Part No. X03-43625' an on
the same inlay a barcode '*03-43625*'.

i'll be greatful for your assistance in getting this product working.

All the best,

Stefan

Some folks have had luck finding old product numbers by doing an Internet
search. My 2000 Publisher has a 25 digit product key. Publisher has not been
discontinued. It is part of the 2010 Office suites.

FWIW...my copy of Pub 2000 is in a crystal case and
the yellow sticker with the 25 digit product key is on the
back of the crystal case.

Do you still have your crystal case?
