Pull-down menus in a spreadsheet?

Hi all! Newbie here!

I'd like to have a spreadsheet on our companies homepage that will all the
user to use the pull-down menu in the A column to manipulate numbers through
the B and C columns through some formulae (that part I have figured out
already)

Question is... I can create an Excel spreadsheet in Frontpage, but can't add
pull-down menus without clearing the spreadsheet. Or I can create a table
with pull-down menus, but can't insert the formulas I need! Aaargh!

Can anyone help me out or point me somewhere on the web I can find some
answers?
