Pulling Base Daily hours for each Employee

I have two offices, in which one works 40 base hours per week and the other
works 37.5 base hours per week. I am working on a project where I need to
pull base hours for each employee. What tables do I pull this information
from? What are the table names and the column names? I'm new to this so if
I'm not being clear please let me know.

This information is stored in the resource calendars, which are accessible
through the Project API. It's not stored in the database.

could you elaborate on this? If I have situation wher I have a shared
resource file and want to work on that information for all projects from with
vba how would I go about doig that
