pulling data from search criteria into a report

I use a form to capture the search criteria for reports.
The form name I use to capture the begin and end dates
is "Report Date Range" The problem I'm having is the
report is not bringing back the correct data based on the
dates entered in the Report Date Range form. Here is my
code, any help you can give me is appriciated.
