Pulling Exchange Fields into an Outlook form

Is it possible to take one of the Exchange fields and
auto-populate parts of a form? Example My company uses
employee ID's. The form I built asks for that particular
information. Can I use a little used field in the
exchange mailbox (Country or one of the others) and bring
that informatin over from exchange into the newForm field?
