Pulling info from one worksheet to another

I do book work at a farm and small trucking company. What I would like
to do is: I have a moisture chart set up on a workbook and I have
field records on another workbook in the same file. When I enter the
moisture content I would like it to pull that information off the
moisture chart and automatically enter the moisture factor.
I have entered the moisture content and factor but somehow need to know
how to automatically convert the moisutre % to the moisture factor.
I appreicate any help!

Sounds like you need to use a vlookup formula.
