newbie2007

Hi As part of customizing Project server 2007, I need to programmatically
import tasks from --
1. remedy (this is a defect tracking application),
2. MS Project's mpp files and
3. A sharepoint site loacted on a different server.

Of these I have been able to accomplish item-3 by using GetItemList
sharepoint webservice. I'm still clueless about how to accomplis 1 & 2.
Please give your suggestions/sample code.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for your reply. I will look into remedy integration related
link that you sent.
How about importing tasks from an exisiting Project server 2003 mpp
file into Project server 2007. If I do an import from Project
professional (Tools->EnterpriseOptions->Import project to enterprise )
it opens the PS2003 mpp file in PS2007 with all the data. While my
intent is to just import tasks from a PS2003 mpp file into a PS 2007
mpp file. And this has to be done programmatically. Can you provied
any pointers for this.

Thanks again for your help.
