Purchase Product Key Download?

[SDP]

I purchased MS Office Standard 2007 and it came with a trial version of
OneNote. I have been enjoying this program and would like to purchase a
product key so I can continue using it. I don't need CDs or even a download
of the program, all I need is the product key. At least that's what I think I
only need. Is there a way of purchasing just the Product Key???

The trial (which can be converted to the full version with a purchased key)
can be easily downloaded again.

That works for whichever is the current version but not for previous
versions if you've not chosen to upgrade.

e.g. you'll struggle to download ON2003 from anywhere today.
