Purchasing activation key after trial for MS Office 2007 Home

My trial has expired, however, when I attempt to convert to purchase my
product key, the billing page keeps looping back when I use the drop down
menu to select my country, which is the US. I have cleared my cache and temp
files numerous times, turned off my firewall, etc and it keeps looping back
to a blank billing page, therefore, I cannot convert my trial application for
Office. I am trying to create a new resume for a job search and this is
delaying my attempt. If there is some way to purchase this over the phone, I
will do so, but I need a contact # for MS to accomplish this. The link for

I have contacted the group responsible for the billing site, but have not
received a reply.
