Using Outlook 2003 with no add-ins on Windows XP Pro, is there any way to
generate an honest-to-god pure plain text message with no MIME encoding?
Even if I specify Plain Text as the format and even if I use "Read all as
plain", the text mesages I send come out MIME-encoded (i.e.,
quoted-printable). I don't want ANY encoding whatsoever.
Most other mail agents I've used have no trouble sending genuine plain text.
Why does Outlook have such a hard time with it?
