Occasionally when I save, save as, or print, in Word or Excel a dialogue box
pops up with the message "Pure Virtual Function Called" "OK". Upon hitting
OK, the program closes. The computer must then be rebooted as every time you
try to use that program the error message that this program has completed an
illegal act and will shut down, comes up. Also the file that was being used
must be deleted as it can no longer be used from this computer. However, it
can be accesse and used from another computer on the network.

Please help!!
