Pure Virtual function called (hpbffb1.drv) error

In addition to my last post, i'm getting this error on the same pc:

Pure Virtual function called (hpbffb1.drv) error

Is there any possibility of a virus causing these problems? I haven't
found that from looking around the web. The PC does have up-to-date
virus definitions.

How to I resolve that problem?

I already removed all the HP printer drivers & re-installed them. The
problem didn't go away.

You may still have a corrupted HP Printer Driver installed.
Removing it and installing an updated driver may help
