Pure Virtual function Called

When I try to print certain files from Word or Excel I get
the error message "Pure Virtual Function Called" "OK".
When I hit the OK button the program closes. After that I
cannot print that file at all. I get the same message and
result each time. I have upgraded Office to Office 2000
and reinstalled Windows 98 to try to fix the problem.
I have tried "Save As" and the new file has the same
problem.

Any ideas what the problem is and how I can fix it?
