Pure Virtual Function Called

Anybody have any ideas on this error?

Pure Virtual Function Called

Happens on a Windows 98 machine whenever trying to print
an email Excel document. This then closes the whole of
Excel and performs Illegal operations whenever trying to
re-open. This occurs on more than one machine, all
machines have local printers (Hp 1200/1300) with latest
drivers.

Any ideas?
