Basically the question I have, but not just concerning OneNote. I think all programs burn up too much space on a hard drive wanting to store to the system file. I am experimenting to have all of my Microsoft Office applications data, including Business Contact Manager for Outlook, channel all of its' data, archives, and backups, to a folder I have set up under my user, but not in "My Documents". This way, I can keep my system folders hidden, and occasionally open this "PC and Program" folder to clean it out of old data that even disc clean up won't.
