I
I am blonde and blind... clearly.
I've just spent the last 20 minutes reading up on products that I want to
purchase... decided I'd like to upgrade my copy of Visio 2000 to Visio 2003
and have found it completely impossible to find any kind of purchasing
facility. Maybe I am blind.. or blonde...or both, or have developed some
sort of force field around my fingers that prevents me from clicking on the
correct menu or navigation option that will lead me to a part of your
overbearing complicated and very poorly organised website to actually
purchase the upgrade. If I lived in one of the 50 United States or
Washington D.C. I'd be fine!!! But no... let Microsoft exclude the rest of
the world from making a simple purchase and force us to go look elsewhere and
pay MORE than the advertised price because we are then paying the additional
service charge to purchase from a reseller.
I am willing to eat my words, and my hat, and my old copy of Visio if anyone
out there in geekville can actually show me the page / url that allows me to
make an upgrade purchase through the Microsoft website.... otherwise, thanks
for wasting precious minutes of my life surfing around your useless website
and doing nothing more than contribute to your website usage statistics.
