The best file format for e-mail signatures is probably JPEG. There are
better and more efficient file formats available, but JPEG is more
ubiquitous and more likely to be understood by most e-mail clients out
there. Another advantage is that JPEG pictures are much smaller than TIFF or
PSD files, meaning that your e-mails will be sent and downloaded more
quickly with JPEG signatures than with most other formats. So just convert
your company logo into a JPEG file, then drag it into a new signature window
(Tools>Signatures, New). Also, you will need to make sure that your new
signature is HTML-enabled, by clicking on the red-blue "abab" button on the
left side of the formatting toolbar.
