Put logo on signature

What best way to put company logo in signature? Think it's in tif or
photoshop file now.

The best file format for e-mail signatures is probably JPEG. There are
better and more efficient file formats available, but JPEG is more
ubiquitous and more likely to be understood by most e-mail clients out
there. Another advantage is that JPEG pictures are much smaller than TIFF or
PSD files, meaning that your e-mails will be sent and downloaded more
quickly with JPEG signatures than with most other formats. So just convert
your company logo into a JPEG file, then drag it into a new signature window
(Tools>Signatures, New). Also, you will need to make sure that your new
signature is HTML-enabled, by clicking on the red-blue "abab" button on the
left side of the formatting toolbar.

Only annoying thing is having to click the abs switch every time send e
mail. Any solution for this? Great if there were a preference on it to keep
it on.

Preferences --> Mail & News preferences --> Compose --> Mail Format popup
Select HTML

Change your News preference if you need this option for newsgroups. However,
strangers on a newsgroup probably aren't interested in your logo or the
extra bandwidth it will require. :)
