Putting all contacts on a map

Is anyone familiar with a way to see all of my Outlok contact data on a map
(e.g. Google Maps, Live, MapQuest, etc.). I am wish to get a visual of where
all of my clients, prospects, and even personal relationships are so that
when I am driving to a location, I can plan other visits that are nearby. Is
that what MapPoint is for? I don't mind making the purchase though I'd
prefer something that leverages the public map sites it available.
