Putting Blank lines in an Automated Mail Merge

I have written a automated mailmerge and would like to
insert a line after a mail merge point (autmoatically). I
am producing a number of mail merge documents and
thereofre can do the gap myself.

There is another problem as well sometime I soemtimes have
2 point and other time 3 or 4. I therefore need my VBA to
insert the blank line only if there is some text in mailer
merge item.

Are you still looking for help with this? If yes, which
version of Word are we dealing with?

And could you be a bit more specific about under what
circumstances you want these blank lines to be inserted? Is
it when a record contains data vs. being empty, for example?
