Hi,

My wife and I just started sharing a new I Mac. The other day she separated our logins, so that our information does not get crossed. She does not use Entourage. The entourage on her name is all mine. How do i get it over to my screen name without setting it up from scratch. Thanks for anyones help.

I'm not sure I exactly understand your problem. Office for Mac is installed
in the root application folder. The applications are then available for each
users. If you open Entourage in your User, you can create your own accounts.
The preferences you set are stored in your User.

If the problem is in the Account name, open Accounts under Tools and change
the name of the account. Only email address is actually shown not the
account name when sending.

Entourage stores your mail in YOUR Documents folder in the Microsoft User
Data folder.

Let me know if this does not answer your concerns.

Are you saying when you login using your User, Entourage opens in a blank
Identity?

Did you use Entourage in your wife's User? If yes, then you need to move the
Microsoft User Data folder to your User's folder.

1. log in to your wife's user.
2. Drag the Microsoft User Data folder to the folder "Shared"
3. Log Out/in to your User.
4. Drag the MUD folder from Shared to your Documents folder.
5. Open Entourage and your mail will be there.

You might have to reset some of your preferences or drag over Microsoft
preferences from her User's Preferences folder.

The Dictionary file is an easy one to move. Have you used it long enough to
add words?
