putting picture to cell phone

I have a picture saved to my computer that i would love to send to a friends
cell phone, can anyone tell me how to do this or if its possible. Thanks

What has this to do with Microsoft Word?
Copy the picture to your phone using Bluetooth or whatever
Send the picture to your friend.
