Putting Word Files into Acrobat Reader

S

Sara

We need to know how to put word files into Acrobat
Reader. When we use the "print to Acrobat Distiller"
feature, it gives us a window to save the file as a .PDF
file, so we save it.

Then we get a window telling us the "this Document has
failed to Print."

Can anyone tell me what we are doing wrong?

If you select the Acrobat Distiller as the printer, then you should be
creating a PDF file and you should be asked where you wish to save the file.

Did you install Office AFTER you installed Acrobat?
If so, uninstall and then re-install Acrobat.

The first step iz to see whether the PDF file was created.
If yes, then double-click to see if Acrobat will open the file.

If the PDF File was not created, then I would suggest going to the Adobe
support forums and asking for help there.

You might try one of the Adobe forums, and let them know which versions of
Acrobat, Word and your O/S platform.
