Puzzle: small word file max'ng my CPU capacity!?

Anytime I open a relatively small word file (17 pages
text, two pictures), my CPU usage/capacity gets pinned,
and I have a new, high end Dell laptop. Whats going on
with this one file??

I tried virus scanning it....nothing. I tried copying it
to a new file, then re-opening Word etc....same behavior.


Anyone got any ideas out there??
