PWA 2003: ActiveX Grids are not displayed for some users

Hi,

we are centrally hosting the Project Server. From the main location we can
access the PWA without any issues. This was also possible from other sites.
Now we realized that from another site we see that all grids do not work
anymore.

How can we troubleshoot this?
