PWA 2003 - can't get to task updates

User Logs in to PWA 2003 and has 12 new assigned tasks
in the Home page.

Selecting either the “you have 12 new tasks†link OR the “Tasks†link simply
refreshes the Home page.

Any ideas?

Remove the active X controls and re-install it. or if the user is using any
pop-up blocker all the page to use pop-up. Might solve the issue

I am having exactly the same problem.

When you say you re-registered MDAC, what excatly did you do ? Re-install it
? any particular version ?

Hello Peter,

1st - sorry for the delay in responding.

2nd - unfortunately, one of our desktop support reps took care of the
problem, so I can't recommend specific steps (it has to do with registering
mdac on a Win XP machine).
